Refcome Teams SMS Integration

A recruiter is reviewing candidate comments between interviews when a useful update is buried in Refcome Teams. A Zap can turn a New Comment into a Mobile Message text, so the right person hears about the candidate without checking another screen. New Prospect can also start a message when someone is added to the candidate pool.

This is useful for recruiting teams that need quick follow-up after a prospect arrives or a colleague comments on an applicant. You can personalise the SMS with the candidate’s details and send it to a recruiter, hiring manager or shared number. The Zap runs through Zapier, with Refcome Teams and Mobile Message connected in separate steps. Refcome Teams has no actions in this Zapier surface, so replies cannot create or update records there. It is best suited to notifications that keep candidate activity visible while your team works elsewhere. Delivery Status Updated can also begin a separate Zap when Mobile Message reports an outcome, although Refcome Teams has no action available for that event.
