Vortex SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Vortex!

A support contact changes, a deal moves or a task is created, and someone needs to know before the next customer conversation. Vortex can provide events such as New Contact, New Deal and New Task, but manual alerts can be lost among ordinary CRM activity. A Zap can send selected Vortex events to Mobile Message for a visible, direct notification.

Send an SMS when a new contact enters Vortex, a support deal moves or a task needs attention. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from Vortex's New Contact event and add that contact to a list. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Vortex Add Note, Create Followup or Assign Automation, turning the reply into a record or action for the team.

These workflows are configured separately through Zapier. They do not create a native two-way sync between Vortex and Mobile Message. Choose the event and result that matter to your operation, map the contact or task fields and test the Zap before it handles live customer activity.
