Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Recras!

A new booking appears in Recras and the customer may need confirmation, arrival information or a reminder about the activity. A Zapier workflow can use that New Booking event to send an SMS through Mobile Message while the details are still useful. Recras can also trigger a message when an invoice is sent, a new start moment is created or a contact is added.

New Booking is a natural fit for a confirmation text. Invoice Sent can remind a customer to check the invoice or contact your team, while New Start Moment can provide a timely arrival notice for a recreation activity. New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact, giving staff a recipient record for later communication. The message can use booking or contact fields passed from Recras.

Recras also offers Submit Contact Form and Create Shift actions. An inbound SMS could submit a contact form when the mapped information is complete, but most operators will find the booking and invoice alerts more immediately useful. Each workflow is configured in Zapier as one trigger and one action, rather than as a two-way sync.
