A new lead arrives in RD Station while your sales team is busy with another conversation. Rather than leaving the lead waiting, a Zapier workflow can use New Lead Conversion to send a Mobile Message SMS acknowledging the contact and explaining what happens next. This is useful when a prompt first response matters but staff cannot watch the marketing platform continuously.

RD Station also provides New Opportunity, so a lead marked as an opportunity can trigger a more focused text for a salesperson or customer. Mobile Message can send the message with the lead’s name, a callback number or a short instruction to continue the conversation. The RD Station actions Lost Deal, Conversion Event and Won Deal remain available for workflows that record later sales activity, although they do not themselves create a customer message unless paired with a separate trigger.

The connection is configured in Zapier and is available for RD Station’s Portuguese interface. It does not copy contacts or keep deal stages synchronised. Instead, it gives your team a clear SMS step at a selected lead or opportunity moment.
