RateMyAgent SMS Integration

A past client texts to say they are finally ready to sell, and by the time the agent is back at their desk the message is buried under a dozen others, so the listing does not get started for another two days.

That gap is where a Zapier connection between Mobile Message and RateMyAgent earns its keep. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger fires the moment that text arrives, and it can run RateMyAgent's Create Listing Data action straight away, so a preliminary listing record exists before the agent has even opened their laptop.

It will not fill in every field of that record on its own, the agent still adds photos, price and copy once they are ready, but the record is already sitting inside RateMyAgent rather than as a text notification waiting to be actioned between appointments. For an agent juggling open homes and phone calls all day, that head start is often the difference between following up the same afternoon and losing the client to whichever agent replied first.
