New Visitor can also send a welcome message or create a contact in Mobile Message for later communication. Served Visitor can trigger a follow-up SMS when the visit has been completed. If a visitor’s reply should create a new entry in Qminder, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can run Create Visitor, provided the required visitor details are mapped. These are individual, one-directional automations rather than a native two-way integration. Zapier carries the selected Qminder event into the Mobile Message action you choose. You set the phone field, message wording and any visitor information in the Zap, so the resulting notification is clear for your location and queue.
