A prospect can sit in a list while a salesperson waits to review the record, even though a quick text could confirm the next step or invite a response. A Zap can use New Contact or New Prospect (Company) to send an SMS through Mobile Message.

This is useful for acknowledging a newly identified contact, sharing a booking instruction or alerting a team member that a priority prospect has appeared. New or Updated Prospect (Company) and New or Updated Contact can also start messages when a record changes, although you should set clear filters if repeated updates could create unwanted texts.

The connection uses Zapier. ProspectPro supplies the event and contact data, while Mobile Message sends the plain text message to the mapped mobile number. This gives prospecting teams a practical first response without requiring someone to watch the ProspectPro workspace throughout the day.
