Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ProspectBoss!
Use New Appointment to send an SMS confirming the booking, or Create Contact Action to place the prospect into Mobile Message before follow-up. Contact Tag is also useful when a ProspectBoss user assigns the Send Lead tag. That event can send a targeted message or add the person to a Mobile Message list for a later campaign. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. The workflow is configured in Zapier, and each automation has one trigger and one action. It does not create a native two-way sync between ProspectBoss and Mobile Message. Test appointment fields, phone numbers, consent and timing before enabling customer-facing texts.
