A property owner match appears in PropertyRadar while an agent is already handling other prospects. Property Data on Matches & Updates can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, so the agent can receive a prompt notification or the relevant owner can be contacted using the available record details. This reduces the manual chase through alerts and copied phone numbers.

The trigger includes detailed property data when matching or monitored properties change. Mobile Message can use that data in Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a match can create a contact and place it in a property prospect list, while a separate Zap can send a short alert to a team member. PropertyRadar's Import Property action is not needed for these outbound SMS workflows.

Zapier connects the two accounts and lets you select the alert conditions, recipient and message content. The result is a defined one-way automation from PropertyRadar into Mobile Message, rather than a native property record synchronisation.
