A new order or customer update can create work across sales, fulfilment and customer care before anyone has time to open Powershopy. Store operators can use New Order, Updated Order, New Customer and Cancelled Order as clear workflow events. Through Zapier, those events can prompt Mobile Message texts or contact actions.

New Order can send an SMS to a fulfilment operator, while Cancelled Order can alert a support team before dispatch continues. New Customer can create a Mobile Message contact or add that person to a messaging list. Update Customer can also update an existing Mobile Message contact when the information supplied by Powershopy matches the contact record you maintain.

Powershopy actions such as Create Customer, Update Product and Add Order Tags are available when another app starts a Zap. The connection does not automatically synchronise orders or customer records. It passes selected event data from one trigger to one action, with Zapier handling the field mapping.
