Manual contact chasing becomes difficult when customer details are kept in more than one place. Pobuca Connect can start a Zap when a new contact is added or when an existing contact is updated. Mobile Message can then create or update the matching contact, so the phone details your SMS workflows rely on are recorded in the right place.

This is useful for operators who manage business contacts in Pobuca Connect but send campaigns and operational messages from Mobile Message. Zapier carries the chosen contact fields between the two services. The connection is not a native integration and it does not provide continuous synchronisation. Instead, each Zap runs from a specific event you select. A new contact can be created in Mobile Message, while an updated contact can refresh the existing record. You can also use a Mobile Message action to create a contact in Pobuca Connect when a suitable Pobuca action is available, but Pobuca’s listed actions are designed for contacts and organisations within its own workspace. Set field mappings carefully, especially the mobile number, name and any list information needed for later SMS activity.

The result is fewer duplicate entries and less copying when a contact record changes. It also gives your team a clearer starting point for sending relevant messages from Mobile Message, with the contact information supplied by Pobuca Connect.
