Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Pluspoint!

Operators who use Pluspoint to manage customer reviews already know that timing affects response rates. A recent client conversation can be the point where a review request or follow-up belongs, but staff may not have time to act on every conversation manually. A Zapier workflow can send a Mobile Message SMS after Pluspoint provides that conversation event.

Pluspoint also offers actions that can create a contact, create a survey response, record a custom event or send an SMS survey from the platform. A useful setup is Get Conversations to Mobile Message's Send SMS, so a conversation can lead to a personalised text outside the review workspace. A separate workflow can use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to create a Survey Response in Pluspoint when a customer texts feedback, provided the mapped data suits that action. Mobile Message can also create or update a contact in its own account, giving your SMS list a separate record. These workflows run through Zapier and are configured as individual one-directional automations. They do not imply a continuous two-way sync between Pluspoint and Mobile Message.

Can Pluspoint send an SMS review request through Mobile Message?

Pluspoint's listed trigger is Get Conversations, which can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Pluspoint also has its own Send SMS Survey action, but that action does not send through Mobile Message.

Can replies to Mobile Message be recorded as Pluspoint feedback?
