A client texts back after getting their gallery link and within moments the gallery itself changes without anyone touching Picflow directly. Downloads switch on, or the reply is sitting as a comment against the right asset, ready for whoever picks up the project next rather than waiting for someone to log in and update it by hand.

That happens by connecting Mobile Message to Picflow through Zapier. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Picflow's Enable Downloads action, so replying to a text is enough to turn on downloads for the client, or it can fire the Add Comment action, so the reply itself is added straight onto the asset as a note for the team. A photographer working several shoots a week gets that hand off without ever switching between a phone and Picflow to make it happen, and the client sees the result land almost as fast as their reply was sent.
