Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Personalize!

A marketing team using Personalize can see when a known contact's interests shift, but that insight only helps if it reaches the right team or customer. Personalize identifies what each customer is most interested in, including changes to a contact's top interests. Through Zapier, those changes can trigger a Mobile Message text without manual monitoring.

Contact Interest Changes can send an SMS that reflects the subject a customer is showing interest in. New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact, helping your team keep a usable record when someone is added to Personalize. You can also use Overall Top Interests Change for Known Contacts to send a broader update to a selected SMS list when the audience's interests change.

This is useful for timely promotions, service reminders and internal alerts based on actual interest data. Personalize does not automatically manage Mobile Message contacts or create a two-way sync. Zapier simply carries the chosen event and fields into the Mobile Message action you select, so you remain in control of the wording, recipients and timing.

Yes. Use Personalize's New Contact trigger with Mobile Message's Create Contact action. The Zap creates a Mobile Message record from the fields you choose to transfer.
