PayWhirl SMS Integration

A customer texts back to cancel a plan, or to say they want to switch to a payment plan instead, and the message sits in your phone until someone remembers to update PayWhirl. Subscriptions, pre-orders and payment plans all live in PayWhirl, but a reply on a mobile does not change anything there by itself, someone still has to copy it across.

Connected through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can act on that reply straight away. A text asking to cancel can cancel the subscription in PayWhirl, a text asking to join a plan can subscribe the customer or create their record, all without anyone opening PayWhirl to do it by hand. It will not tell you what the customer wrote, only that they texted, so the automation is set up around the reply you expect for each Zap. For a business chasing cancellations and sign ups across a phone and a billing dashboard, that is one less list to keep in your head.
