Payload SMS Integration

A customer gets a payment link in their inbox within moments of asking for one by text, instead of waiting for someone to notice the message and go looking for an invoice buried in another system. That gap between a customer asking and someone actually acting is where a payment gets forgotten or paid late.

Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can hand that moment straight to Payload's Send Payment Request action through Zapier. A customer who texts in asking to pay gets an email with a payment link sent back automatically, with no one needing to check the phone first, note down the request, or open Payload separately to raise it themselves. The reply happens as soon as the text arrives, whether that is during business hours or well after everyone has gone home for the day, so a customer ready to pay is never left waiting on a reply that a busy team simply has not gotten to yet.
