Online sellers often need to tell customers what happens after a purchase, trial or payment problem. PayKickstart can send events such as New Order, Subscription Created, Rebill Failure and Cart Abandoned to Zapier, so Mobile Message can deliver a timely SMS instead of leaving the customer waiting for an email or manual follow-up.

A new order could trigger a confirmation, while a failed rebill could prompt the customer to update payment details. Trial End, Subscription Cancelled and Order Fulfillment Update can also start messages that explain the next step. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list. The Zap can use the customer and transaction fields available from PayKickstart to personalise the message.

PayKickstart has no listed actions, so the useful direction is from PayKickstart into Mobile Message. This is not a native two-way integration or a promise that customer records remain synchronised. Each Zap responds to one selected PayKickstart event with one Mobile Message action, giving you control over which commercial moments deserve an SMS.
