A partnership request or referral arrives in Partnerhub, and a useful opportunity can lose momentum if nobody sees it promptly. Partnership teams often track several offers, notifications and tasks at once, so manually checking each update is an easy step to miss. Through Zapier, Partnerhub can start a Mobile Message notification when a selected event appears.

New Partnership Request and New Referral are strong triggers for an internal SMS. New Offer Received, New Opportunity Received and New Task can serve the same purpose when their event data includes a suitable recipient. Mobile Message can send SMS, create contacts or add contacts to lists, allowing you to alert a partnership manager or record a person for follow-up.

The workflow leaves Partnerhub as the place for partnership activity and uses Mobile Message for the chosen communication. It does not synchronise the services or create a native integration. Zapier watches the Partnerhub trigger you select and runs one Mobile Message action with the fields you map. That makes the response visible without requiring constant dashboard checks.
