Paperless Parts SMS Integration

A customer receives a manufacturing quote from Paperless Parts, then waits to hear whether it was seen. A Zapier workflow can send an SMS through Mobile Message at that point, helping your team acknowledge the opportunity while the quote is still being considered. A new order can also prompt a confirmation text, so customers know their request has reached the next stage.

Paperless Parts supplies Quote Sent and Order Created triggers. These can connect to Mobile Message's Send SMS action, or to Create Contact and Add Contact to List when you want the customer available for later messaging. Paperless Parts also has Create or Update Contact, Create or Update Account and Create or Update Purchased Component actions. Those actions are useful for workflows started elsewhere, but the clearest customer-facing use is sending a text from a quote or order event. The Zap runs in one direction through Zapier, with fields mapped for each chosen message.
