About the Outfield integration
New Deal can trigger an order or sales follow-up, while New Activity can send a message after a meeting or check-in. New Account can create the customer in Mobile Message, and an inbound SMS can create an Outfield activity so the conversation is visible in the CRM. Outfield also offers actions such as Create Activity and Create Calendar Event, which can receive an event from Mobile Message's inbound trigger.
Choose the workflow that suits your team and map the fields that are available. Outfield remains the place for field sales records, while Mobile Message handles SMS delivery. The connection uses Zapier and does not imply automatic two-way synchronisation.
