OnlineFundraising SMS Integration

A donor taps through OnlineFundraising's payment step late on a Tuesday night, then a day later replies to a text asking whether the recurring amount they set is correct. Somebody on the fundraising team needs to see that reply and get an answer back out fast, ideally without switching between two separate systems to do it.

Mobile Message and OnlineFundraising can be linked through Zapier so that reply doesn't sit unanswered. An Inbound SMS Received event on Mobile Message can be set to send a message through OnlineFundraising's own Send SMS action, useful for organisations already using OnlineFundraising's smsCPH sending for donor communication and wanting the two channels to work off the same triggers. The same pairing works once delivery is confirmed for an outgoing text, with that Delivery Status Updated event used to send a further message through OnlineFundraising, handy for confirming a receipt has gone out.

For a small fundraising team juggling payments, onboarding and donor questions at once, the value sits in not having to notice the reply themselves before something happens. The connection runs quietly through Zapier, catching the moment a donor writes back or a message lands and turning it into the next text without anyone having to watch for it.
