OneHash SMS Integration

A sales or service team using OneHash may create or update several records during a busy day, and important changes can be easy to miss. The manual chase starts when someone has to watch the CRM, copy a phone number and decide whether the change deserves a message. OneHash's New Record trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier when a Contact, Lead or Opportunity is created.

Updated Record can also notify a person when an existing record changes. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list, giving teams a practical way to acknowledge a new lead or organise a campaign audience. If a customer texts back, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can use OneHash's Create Lead or Create Record action to place the conversation into the system. These workflows are separate one-directional automations, not a continuous update between both platforms. Zapier connects the accounts and lets you choose the exact event and action. The result is a focused alert or record hand-off that fits the way your team already uses OneHash.
