Yes. Use Booking Scheduled as the OnceHub trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. Map the customer’s mobile number and booking details into the message, allowing a confirmation or preparation note to go out automatically.

Can OnceHub cancellations and reschedules trigger an SMS?

Yes. Booking Canceled and Booking Rescheduled are available OnceHub triggers. Pair either event with Send SMS to notify the customer about a cancelled appointment or provide the revised time and date.
