Sales professionals can spend too much time chasing a reply after sending an accepted invitation. OmniPUSH can tell Zapier when a Reply Received event occurs, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS to the appropriate person or team member. That removes one manual follow-up step and gives a reply a more immediate place in the sales process.

The New Connection trigger supports a different workflow. When a new connection is added, Mobile Message can create a contact or send a message, depending on whether the priority is building a usable contact record or alerting someone to act. OmniPUSH’s Import Latest Report action can also be run from a Mobile Message event, such as an inbound SMS, when your team needs to request information in OmniPUSH after a text arrives.

Each Zap performs one defined action through Zapier. It does not create a native two-way sync between OmniPUSH and Mobile Message. Choose the fields carefully, keep SMS wording brief and test the recipient details before sending live sales or follow-up messages.
