Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Omnify!

Members and clients are more likely to turn up prepared when booking details, payment reminders and renewal information arrive where they will see them. Omnify gives scheduling teams events such as New Booking, Payment Reminder and Invoice Paid, while Mobile Message can deliver timely SMS through Zapier.

A new booking can produce a confirmation with the service and appointment details. A payment reminder can prompt a client before an outstanding booking needs attention, and an invoice paid event can send a short acknowledgement. Omnify's New Lead and New Client triggers can also start welcome or follow-up messages for people entering your service pipeline. You choose the appropriate event, recipient and wording in each Zap, rather than relying on a generic notification.

The connection can also make sure a client record exists in Omnify when Mobile Message receives an inbound enquiry. In that case, Inbound SMS Received starts Omnify's Create Client action, provided the incoming text contains the details you want to map. These are separate automations through Zapier, so the setup supports specific business moments without implying a live two-way sync.
