OctoTable SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with OctoTable!

Restaurant operators often manage a changing table plan while guests are still calling, booking and cancelling. OctoTable provides New Reservation, Reservation Updated and Reservation Cancelled events, so the next customer message does not have to wait for someone to check the booking screen. A Zapier workflow can pass those events to Mobile Message.

A new reservation can trigger Send SMS with a confirmation or internal service alert. Reservation Updated can send the revised details to a selected recipient, while Reservation Cancelled can notify a manager or front-of-house team member. Mobile Message Create Contact and Add Contact to List are also available when a guest’s details should be recorded for future communication.

OctoTable also includes New Reservation and Cancel Reservation actions. Those actions can be used when another app starts the Zap, but the most direct restaurant workflow usually begins with an OctoTable reservation event. The connection uses Zapier to pass selected booking fields into one Mobile Message action at a time.
