Nutshell SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Nutshell!
When a new lead is created, Mobile Message can send an acknowledgement or create the person as a contact. A won lead can trigger a welcome SMS, and Activity Logged can send a reminder to a nominated list when a follow-up has been recorded. This keeps the CRM as the place for sales work while Mobile Message handles plain text communication.
The same connection can also respond to an inbound SMS by creating a lead or logging an activity in Nutshell. That gives staff a visible CRM record when a prospect texts your business. These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a background sync, so each trigger and result can be set up for a specific sales process.

Can an inbound Mobile Message text create a Nutshell lead?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Lead in Nutshell. The Zap can pass the sender and message information into a new lead record for the sales team to review.
