About the Nove integration
A new customer can receive a welcome text, while a newly added tag can trigger a message suited to that customer’s stage or service interest. The same event can create a Mobile Message contact, giving the team a record they can use for later communication. Mobile Message also supports Update Contact, Add Contact to List, and Add Unsubscribe, so you can define the result around your own contact process. Each automation has one Nove trigger and one Mobile Message action. It is not a two-way sync, and it will only run for the events and fields you select in Zapier.

Can Nove text a customer when a tag is added?
Yes. Customer Tag Updated can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS or Send SMS to List. Use the tag and customer fields to select an appropriate message and recipient.
Can new Nove customers become Mobile Message contacts?
Yes. Customer Created can trigger Create Contact. The Zap can pass the customer details available from Nove into a Mobile Message contact record.
What accounts are needed for a Nove SMS workflow?
You need Nove, Mobile Message, and Zapier accounts. No coding is involved. Select Customer Created or Customer Tag Updated, choose a Mobile Message action, map the fields, test the Zap, and switch it on.
