A customer places an order through a Divi Checkout page while your team is handling other sales and support work. If the order notification is only seen later, fulfilment or customer communication can wait longer than it should. A prompt SMS can give the right person immediate notice that a purchase has been created.

Through Zapier, Divi Checkout can send its New Order event to Mobile Message. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS to a team member or customer using the order details available in the workflow. You could notify staff of a new purchase, send a confirmation to the buyer or alert someone when a product is added through the New Product event.

Divi Checkout supplies triggers only in this connection, so the practical use is event-based notification. Mobile Message does not update the checkout page or send information back to Divi Checkout.
