When a customer texts back after a campaign, that reply can be sent to Ninetailed as a track event, giving the audience-building side of the platform a fresh signal to work with. A delivery status update, such as a message reaching a phone successfully, can be logged the same way, so engagement data builds up without anyone copying it across by hand. The Create or Update Profile Traits action can also pick up details from an inbound reply and add them straight to that customer's profile, keeping the record current the moment someone replies.
