Content teams can use the event to send a concise SMS reminder, keeping an important assignment visible without asking someone to monitor another dashboard. A task update can also prompt a targeted internal notification.

Use New Task to send an SMS when work is created, including the project name, deadline or assigned person. Updated Task can send a message when a change needs attention. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number with a permitted request, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Narrato’s Create Task action so the request becomes visible in the content workspace. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action is the main destination for Narrato triggers. Each Zap is one-directional and configured in Zapier, not a native two-way task sync.
