Through Zapier, Naamly’s Group Repository and Source Type Repository triggers can start Mobile Message actions. A new group can add a contact to a Mobile Message list when the required contact details are available, while a new source type can trigger an SMS to a nominated recipient if the event supplies a mobile number. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Naamly’s Create or Update Lead action, turning a texted contact into a lead record when the information is sufficient. These workflows are configured one at a time and are not a continuous two-way sync.
