About the MyWiFi Networks integration

A guest connects to Wi-Fi at a venue, and the business has a brief opportunity to follow up while the visit is still current. MyWiFi Networks can send New WiFi Guest Connection (Location), New WiFi Guest Connection (Campaign) or New WiFi Guest Connection (Device) into a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS. A WiFi Guest Automation Trigger can also start a message when a guest meets a configured rule.

This can turn a known guest event into a welcome text, a service update or a simple prompt to return, using the information supplied by the MyWiFi Networks trigger. It is most useful when the message has a clear purpose and the guest has provided suitable permission. MyWiFi Networks has no actions in this Zapier surface, so inbound replies cannot be written back into the Wi-Fi platform. The connection is configured through Zapier and is one-directional. Mobile Message delivery events can begin separate reporting workflows, but no MyWiFi action is available for those events. Test the recipient and message fields before enabling the Zap at a live location.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
