Sales and support operators using assignX often have an AI agent handling the first part of a lead conversation. The manual chase begins when a lead stage changes but nobody notices quickly enough to make contact. assignX's Lead Stage Updated trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, giving the prospect a timely acknowledgement or giving a salesperson a clear follow-up prompt.

The same event can create a contact in Mobile Message, add the person to a list or send a message to a group responsible for that stage. If an inbound SMS starts a Zap, Mobile Message can use assignX's Create New Lead action to place the conversation into the sales system. Its Create / Update a Lead action is also useful where the incoming text should be attached to an existing lead, provided the necessary identifying fields are available. These workflows do not imply that assignX and Mobile Message continuously update one another. Each Zap is a deliberate, one-directional hand-off, and your team can choose which stage changes deserve a text. The setup takes place in Zapier rather than in a custom development project.
