Mumara users can bring SMS into the same contact process as their email campaigns. When a new contact is added in Mumara, a Zap can send an immediate text through Mobile Message, create the person as a Mobile Message contact or place them on an SMS list. That gives your team another direct way to welcome a subscriber or confirm that their details were received.

The Mumara trigger is New Contact Added, and its Add a Contact action can also be started when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS. These options support practical workflows such as texting a new email contact, adding a text subscriber to a Mumara list after a reply, or creating a contact in Mobile Message when a Mumara record first appears.

Zapier runs the connection as separate one-way automations, not as a native two-way sync. You choose the event, map the available contact fields and select the result you want. Both Mumara and Mobile Message remain in their own systems, while the Zap handles the specific hand-off your campaign process requires.
