Mortgage brokers, real estate agents and settlement teams spend a good part of every transaction chasing small jobs on behalf of a client, moving an electricity connection, comparing energy plans or arranging home services before the keys change hands. Movinghub exists to take that list of small jobs off their plate, with a Create Referral action that sends the client straight into the Hub's Connections or ConnectionsPLUS module.

The gap in that process is usually the reply. A client texts back to confirm they want the referral, or replies to say they will sort it themselves, and someone still has to open Movinghub and log that decision by hand. Connected through Zapier, Mobile Message can pass a client's text reply straight into Movinghub as a new referral, so the confirmation that comes in by SMS becomes the record without anyone copying it across.

This works in one direction only, from the reply back into Movinghub, since Movinghub does not send events of its own into Zapier. For brokers and agents already texting clients about settlement dates, it turns a yes over SMS into a referral that is ready to action, with no separate data entry step required.
