LaunchBay SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with LaunchBay!
Use Ticket Message, Form Submission or Helpdesk Ticket Submission to alert a client contact or an internal owner with Send SMS. Client Added or Updated can create a Mobile Message contact, and Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can create a note in LaunchBay when a client replies. You can also use Delivery Status Updated to create a note showing that a message reached its delivery stage.
These are separate Zapier workflows with one trigger and one action each. They do not synchronise LaunchBay and Mobile Message, so choose the records and message content that fit your onboarding process.

- Schedule Meeting — Schedules an upcoming meeting in LaunchBay (e.g. fired when a calendar event is created) with a status set to scheduled. Pair with the Save Meeting Recap action later, by passing the same Event ID, to attach the transcript and flip the meeting to completed.

Can LaunchBay text a client when a ticket is submitted?
Yes. Helpdesk Ticket Submission can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. You can map the client's number and use available ticket information to acknowledge the submission or explain the next step.
Can client SMS replies be recorded in LaunchBay?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger LaunchBay's Create Note action. The incoming message and sender details can be mapped into a note on the relevant project, subject to the information available in the Zap.
How do I set up LaunchBay SMS workflows?
Use Zapier to choose a LaunchBay trigger or action and pair it with the appropriate Mobile Message step. Authorise both accounts and map the fields. No code is needed, and both services must be available for testing.
