MARCOM Robot doesn't currently expose a trigger or action inside Zapier, so it can't start or receive an automation directly with Mobile Message. Its role sits earlier in the pipeline, checking and enriching lead data so the record that eventually reaches a CRM or contact list is accurate. That cleaned record is what a text message sent later actually relies on.

For a marketing operations team measuring MQL quality, that groundwork matters more than any single message. A validated phone number and a de-duplicated record mean the SMS sent from wherever that data lands afterwards actually reaches the right person, rather than bouncing off an old number or landing twice in the same inbox.
