Sales teams using Map My Customers can act on new people, deals and activities without leaving every follow-up to a manual reminder. New Person can trigger a Mobile Message text or create a Mobile Message contact, while New Deal can send a direct update when an opportunity enters the CRM. New Deal with Send SMS can acknowledge an opportunity or explain the next step, and New CRM Activity can send a meeting or follow-up reminder. If a team wants to organise contacts for future campaigns, Add Contact to List can follow a suitable Map My Customers event when the list details are available.
