Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with MakePlans!
Use New Booking Confirmed to send a confirmation message, Booking Cancelled to alert a coordinator or customer, and Booking Verified when a booking has passed its verification step. New Customer can also notify staff that someone has booked for the first time. These messages can include the booking details available from MakePlans and a recipient number mapped in Zapier.
The result is clearer communication around changes that matter. Staff can react to cancellations, and customers can receive timely booking notices without someone copying details by hand. This is a one-way automation for each Zap, rather than a two-way booking connection.

Yes. New Booking Confirmed can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message Send SMS. Include the appointment or event details supplied by MakePlans and map the customer's mobile number for the confirmation.
Can I text someone when a MakePlans booking is cancelled?
Yes. Booking Cancelled is an available MakePlans trigger. Pair it with Send SMS to notify the customer, coordinator or another recipient when the cancellation is recorded.
How do I set up MakePlans SMS notifications?
Create the notification in Zapier with a MakePlans trigger and a Mobile Message action. There is no code to write. Your setup needs both a MakePlans account and a Mobile Message account, authorised through Zapier.
