Mailsuite SMS Integration

You are waiting for a prospect to show interest in an email, then Mailsuite reports a first open or click. That signal can be easy to miss among other work, and a manual check delays the next step. Mobile Message can turn a tracked email event into a prompt SMS for the person responsible for follow-up.

First Open Notification can trigger Send SMS when someone opens an email for the first time. First Click Notification can do the same when a tracked link is clicked, while First PDF View Notification can alert a team member after a document is viewed. The SMS can remind a salesperson to follow up or notify an internal owner that a prospect has engaged. The workflow is configured through Zapier, with the available Mailsuite event data mapped into Mobile Message. It is a one-directional alert and does not make Mobile Message an email tracker.

Use the strongest signal for your process and add filters where only selected campaigns or recipients should create texts. Keep the message internal unless the recipient has agreed to SMS contact.
