Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Mailjoy!

Direct-mail teams using Mailjoy can respond to a contact event without waiting for the next campaign task. A new contact, an updated contact, or a contact added to a mailing list can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. This is useful for a delivery notice, campaign acknowledgement, or follow-up message connected to the same customer record.

Mailjoy events can also create Mobile Message contacts or add them to a list. A new conversion can trigger a message celebrating or following up on the campaign outcome, while a contact removed from a mailing list can add an unsubscribe record in Mobile Message when the person should no longer receive texts. The connection is configured in Zapier as separate workflows. It does not imply that Mailjoy and Mobile Message continuously update one another, so choose the event and action that match the communication you want to run.
