Teams that run customer service, sales or marketing conversations in LoyJoy often want the next step to happen while a visitor is still engaged. A chat process can collect useful context, yet staff may still need to copy a phone number into another system before sending an SMS. That extra handover can slow a response.

LoyJoy provides a Zapier Process Module trigger when a process module is visited. This event can start a Mobile Message action such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a visitor reaching a particular module could receive a text with the next instruction, or be added to a Mobile Message list for a later campaign. The fields available in the LoyJoy event determine how much personalisation is possible.

The connection is configured in Zapier, with each Zap handling one defined event and result. It does not create a general conversation sync between LoyJoy and Mobile Message, but it can give a selected chat step a clear, noticeable SMS outcome.
