A contact reaches a key point in a Loopify flow, and the next message or record update needs to happen without someone watching the campaign. Loopify's Flow Webhook trigger can start a Zap when a Connect block occurs in Flow. Mobile Message can then send a plain text SMS, add the contact to a list or create or update the contact record.

This is useful for marketing teams that want selected flow events to produce direct mobile communication. A Connect block can send a welcome text, deliver a reminder or alert a customer about the next step. It can also add the recipient to a Mobile Message list for later broadcasts. If the flow contains contact details that are new or changed, Create Contact or Update Contact can place those details into Mobile Message.

Loopify's actions can also respond to an inbound Mobile Message text by adding a contact to a New Entry block or API Entry block in Flow. Each Zap is a one-directional event and action, configured in Zapier rather than a native two-way integration.
