A new lead lands in Lofty the moment a prospective buyer fills in a form on a listing, and the agent who gets to them first with a text usually wins the conversation before another agency even calls back. Lofty tracks that moment as a New Lead trigger, along with a Lead Pipeline Changed event when a deal moves between stages and a Segment Changed event when a lead gets moved into a different group for follow-up.

Those events can trigger a text through Mobile Message via Zapier, so a new lead gets a welcome message within moments of registering and a pipeline change can prompt an update on where things stand with their purchase. A segment change can also add that lead straight to a Mobile Message list for ongoing follow-up. A reply from that lead can update their Lofty record too, since Inbound SMS Received can feed straight into the Update Lead action without an agent typing notes in by hand.
