A customer opens their letterbox to find a handwritten card from your business, sent without anyone on your team writing it out by hand or remembering to post it. That is the outcome Lightr is built around, turning a moment worth acknowledging into a physical card that lands in someone's actual hands rather than sitting in their inbox with a dozen other messages.

Lightr handles the parts that make a card feel personal, from adding a receiver's details to creating the order, choosing a preset and finalising it for print and post. On its own though, Lightr has no way of knowing when a text conversation with a customer has reached the point where a card is worth sending, so that decision still has to start somewhere else.

Mobile Message connects to Lightr through Zapier to close that gap. When a customer replies to one of your messages, that inbound text can trigger Lightr to create an order for them or add them as a receiver, so the card goes out on the back of an actual conversation rather than a guess about timing, and nobody on your team has to remember to start the order themselves.
