New Subscriber is the available Life Peaks trigger. Pair it with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to send a welcome, registration reminder or practical instruction when someone subscribes. The message can include the subscriber’s name, event detail, gift card information or a link when those fields are available to the Zap. This gives the recipient a clear acknowledgement while Life Peaks continues to manage the subscription, ticket or gift card activity.

You can use filters for particular events, subscription types or customer groups. Keep promotional messages compliant and send only where the recipient has provided the appropriate permission. The workflow is a one-way event notification through Zapier, not a two-way record sync.
