Coaching operators who use Let’s LevelUp often collect contacts through funnels, products and newsletters before those people are ready for a personal conversation. A new contact can be easy to miss among campaign activity, while a newly added tag may signal a valuable moment such as an expressed interest, a completed step or a request for attention.

Through Zapier, Let’s LevelUp events can start Mobile Message actions. A contact added from a funnel can receive a welcome SMS, a tag added to a contact can trigger a targeted message, and a contact updated event can update the matching Mobile Message contact when the required fields are available. You can also send an inbound Mobile Message SMS into Let’s LevelUp’s Create New Contact or Add Tag to Contact action, giving staff a way to place a texting contact into the coaching CRM. These are separate one-directional Zaps rather than a background synchronisation. Select the event that matters, choose the action that produces a visible result and map only the fields needed for that step. This keeps lead follow-up timely while Let’s LevelUp remains the place for funnels and contact management.
