Leadfox users often want a new lead to receive a timely response while the sales team is still deciding who will handle it. A contact can be created or modified through a campaign, but relying on someone to notice the change and send a separate text can slow the first conversation.

Through Zapier, Leadfox’s New Contact trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, create a contact or add the person to a list. Contact Modified can also send a relevant update when the required mobile details are included in the event. In the other direction, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Leadfox’s Create/Update Contact or Add Contact to List action. That can place a person who texts into the appropriate lead record or list, provided the incoming data is enough to identify or create the contact. These are individual one-directional Zaps, not a background synchronisation between the platforms.
