A sales operator notices that a contact has replied, accepted an invite or sent a new message, but the next response still depends on someone checking Lead Updates. A Zap can turn those events into Mobile Message SMS alerts, helping the team act while the conversation is active.

Got Reply, New Email and New Message can each trigger Send SMS for an internal alert or a customer follow-up. Invite Accepted can also notify a salesperson that a prospect has taken the next step. Lead Updates has no actions listed for incoming Mobile Message events, so the supported direction is from Lead Updates into Mobile Message. Configure the recipient, mapped contact details and message text in Zapier. The connection uses Zapier and requires both accounts. It is not a native two-way integration and does not synchronise sales activity automatically. Choose separate Zaps for different events so each alert has a clear purpose. Keep customer-facing messages appropriate to the contact's consent and use internal notifications where a sales handover is the main objective.
